Overview
We're looking for seasoned Customer Success and Support Operations experts to act as Evaluators for AI-generated content. In this remote, flexible role, you'll review documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks produced by AI, scoring them for accuracy, professionalism, and domain-specific quality. It's a unique opportunity to apply your deep industry knowledge and help improve AI outputs — all on your own schedule.
What You'll Do4
- 1Assess AI-created work products — including reports, data sheets, and presentations — against detailed quality rubrics specific to customer success and support operations.
- 2Spot errors in facts, formatting, visual design, and logical flow, ensuring the outputs meet professional standards.
- 3Deliver clear, organized written feedback that explains why something is incorrect or could be improved.
- 4Collaborate with the evaluation team to refine scoring criteria and share insights on common quality gaps.
Requirements4
- 1At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Customer Success, Support Operations, or a closely related field.
- 2Native or professional-level fluency in English (both written and verbal).
- 3Strong command of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Google Slides and PowerPoint — you should be comfortable evaluating slide deck design and content.
- 4A Master's degree or higher from an accredited institution is a plus (preferred but not required).
