Overview
Dorado is looking for experienced customer success and support operations professionals to evaluate AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You'll score each output for accuracy, rigor, and domain quality using detailed rubrics, then provide written feedback on any errors or presentation issues. This is a remote, hourly position that lets you apply your operational expertise to quality control for AI tools. Google Slides and PowerPoint proficiency is central, since slide decks are a core deliverable you'll assess.

Requirements4
- 1At least 5 years of hands-on professional experience in customer success or support operations.
- 2Native or professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- 3Strong command of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with particular expertise in Google Slides and PowerPoint.
- 4An advanced degree (Master's or higher) from an accredited institution is a plus.
