What You'll Do7

- 2Write scenario-based guides and step-by-step documentation that mirror actual restaurant operations using Toast POS.
- 3Evaluate system features and flag common pain points along with possible improvements.
- 4Explain best practices for setting up, configuring, and running Toast POS across different restaurant types.
- 5Annotate real transaction data, menus, and order flows to help AI models grasp restaurant POS operations.
- 6Communicate Toast POS concepts in writing and in conversation so others can follow along.
- 7Join team sessions to refine prompts, tasks, or datasets tied to Toast POS and order management.
Requirements6
- 1Currently working in hospitality and using Toast POS in your daily role.
- 2Solid grasp of operational workflows and how point of sale systems connect to order and payment processes.
- 3Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and accuracy.
- 4Track record of documenting processes and explaining technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- 5Knowledge of different restaurant concepts such as quick service, casual, and fine dining, and how POS needs vary across them.
- 6Experience training, mentoring, or supporting others as they adopt new restaurant technology is a plus.
