Requirements4

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Hands-on audit experience with a firm grasp of Generally Accepted Auditing Standards and internal control frameworks.
• Sharp analytical skills plus clear writing and speaking, with the detail focus that audit review demands.
• Ability to spot weak reasoning in a model response and explain the specific standard or procedure it missed.

Who Should Apply

Auditors with several years of practice behind them who can move between financial statement, internal, compliance and operational audits and explain each one's logic. A CPA, CIA or master's in accounting strengthens the case, as does exposure to audit training, standards work or audit technology.
