Product Management Expert for AI Workflows
Overview
Remote role for a Product Management Expert helping shape AI-driven product workflows. You’ll design realistic PM scenarios, create high-quality deliverables like PRDs and roadmaps, and assess AI outputs for structure and depth. No AI background required; your domain expertise drives the work and you’ll craft rubrics that set the standard for PM communications. You’ll collaborate with the micro1 platform to ensure tasks reflect authentic, impactful PM workflows. Core tools include PRDs, launch memos, executive briefs, and roadmap decks to guide next-gen AI capabilities.
What You'll Do6
- 1Design realistic product management scenarios that cover spec writing, launch reviews, executive updates, and strategy memos
- 2Create gold-standard PM deliverables that demonstrate senior-level clarity and executive-readiness
- 3Assess AI-generated outputs for content structure, prioritization logic, technical depth, and stakeholder clarity
- 4Write detailed rubrics defining quality bars for PM communications, including distinctions between leadership-level work and early drafts
- 5Identify frequent failure modes in PM docs such as vague objectives, missing tradeoffs, or unclear prioritization
- 6Collaborate with the micro1 platform to align task designs with authentic, high-impact PM workflows
Requirements5
- 14+ years as a product manager at a major tech company (FAANG, Microsoft, or similar scale)
- 2Proven ownership of PRDs, launch docs, roadmaps, and executive presentations
- 3Strong mastery of PM frameworks (JTBD, opportunity solution trees, prioritization models)
- 4Exceptional technical writing with native-level English, suitable for technical and executive audiences
- 5Experience with product strategy, cross-functional communication, and stakeholder management in high-growth environments
Who Should Apply
Ideal candidates bring deep PM experience from large tech teams and can produce polished, executive-ready documents. The role may be less suitable for those without substantial experience drafting PRDs or roadmaps, or without comfort presenting to leadership. Common fit issues include gaps in ownership of core PM artifacts, limited experience with high-growth cross-functional collaboration, and weaker technical writing skills. Strongly preferred is a Master’s degree such as an MBA or MS in a relevant field.
