What You'll Do7

- 11 to 3 years of professional experience as a supply chain analyst, demand planner, procurement specialist, logistics coordinator, or similar role, in a full-time or equivalent position.
- 2Working knowledge of supply chain processes that cover planning, sourcing, inventory, and fulfillment.
- 3Ability to analyze and resolve operational questions with data on your own.
- 4Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5Experience in more than one industry, such as manufacturing, retail, CPG, ecommerce, or healthcare.
- 6Familiarity with S&OP, MRP, lean, or Six Sigma frameworks and practices.
- 7Exposure to supply chain software and tools, including SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Kinaxis, or Excel modeling.
- 8A background that spans planning and execution roles, or coordination across suppliers, carriers, and internal teams.
- 9Supply chain certification such as CPIM, CSCP, CPSM, or CLTD.
