- 3Perform neutral quality checks on all turns in the simulation, reviewing work from juniors and peers.
- 4Design and refine evaluation rubrics that mark success at each litigation stage, translating real-world expertise into AI-ready benchmarks.
- 5Highlight ambiguities, edge cases, and procedural wrinkles that could trip AI systems and provide actionable feedback to the team.
- 6Keep in step with project leads and legal peers as requirements shift, ensuring alignment across the scope.
Requirements8
- 1Active US bar admission (or current license) in at least one jurisdiction, with a license in good standing.
- 2More than 10 years of hands-on US litigation experience including courtroom practice, discovery, motions, and leading case teams.
- 3Deep specialization in commercial contract disputes, shareholder/ LLC disputes, or commercial real estate litigation; broader exposure a plus.
- 4Comprehensive fluency across pleadings, discovery, motions, hearings, and resolution strategies.
- 5Strong written and oral communication skills with precise drafting and persuasive adversarial reasoning.
- 6Proven track record in directing junior legal work to professional standards without frequent redrafting.
- 7Comfort working in a remote, fast-moving project and collaborating with diverse legal experts.
- 8Commitment to using only public or synthetic materials and avoiding client-confidential information.
