Overview
This part-time fellowship with The Winning Motion brings together experienced litigators to improve how AI systems handle legal advocacy. You will evaluate AI-generated motions, pinpoint what separates competent legal writing from persuasive argument, and help build training data that sharpens how models frame arguments, use authority, and organize facts. The role is remote and contractor-based, with a focus on federal court motion practice. Fellows work with product and research teams to set standards for AI-driven litigation support.

Requirements6
- 1Substantial experience litigating civil matters in federal court, including motion practice, briefing, and case strategy.
- 2A record of at least 3 motions won in federal civil litigation, with supporting documentation such as court orders or docket entries.
- 3Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- 4Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.
- 5Demonstrated commitment to innovation at the intersection of law and technology.
