Requirements7
- 1Active or lapsed license as a US attorney, admitted in at least one US jurisdiction.
- 2At least 3 years of post-JD litigation experience with a focus on drafting, discovery, and motion practice, not solely transactional work.
- 3Proven background in commercial real estate litigation involving leases, transactions, development, landlord–tenant issues, zoning, or financing/security interests.
- 4Demonstrated ability to draft complex litigation documents under direction, specifically within commercial real estate disputes.
- 5Exemplary written communication skills in English, with strong mastery of legal register and analysis.
- 6Firm experience (BigLaw, boutique, or mid-market) and exposure to multiple matter types are advantageous.
- 7Previous participation in AI-based legal projects or federal court commercial litigation is a plus.
