What You'll Do6
- 1Create realistic evaluation tasks that simulate complex securities and commodities trading, client advisory, and compliance decisions.
- 2Gather and organize authentic supporting materials such as market data, client records, and regulatory documents.
- 3Determine and defend correct market actions or advisory moves, with explicit attention to compliance and regulatory rules.
- 4Write detailed rubrics of 35 or more items to assess AI agent performance on market judgment, compliance awareness, and client communication.
- 5Ensure tasks reflect the complexity and authenticity of daily operations, not simplified scenarios.
- 6Work with technical teams to clarify task goals and improve benchmarking standards.

- 1Active Series 7/63 license or an international equivalent that proves regulatory knowledge.
- 2At least 4 years at a brokerage, bank, or trading platform with heavy exposure to compliance-driven workflows.
- 3Hands-on experience executing trades and advising clients in securities and commodities markets.
- 4Ability to read and interpret market data, technical documentation, and regulatory materials with ease.
- 5Outstanding written and verbal communication, especially for producing clear, precise technical documentation.
- 6Track record of designing nuanced tasks and grading rubrics for real-world financial operations.
- 7Remote work experience on complex deliverables is a plus.
