Sales Head (Tech Staffing / Recruitment Services)
Overview
This is a senior B2B sales leadership role focused on acquiring and growing enterprise clients for engineering staffing services. The position is hands-on, end-to-end sales, requiring strong relationships in the staffing space and the ability to build and lead a sales team over time.
What You'll Do6
- 1Identify, target, and acquire large and mid-to-large tech/product companies as clients for engineering staffing services.
- 2Drive end-to-end sales cycles: prospecting, pitching, solutioning, negotiation, and closure.
- 3Conduct competitor and pricing analysis to define competitive, profitable commercial strategies.
- 4Own key accounts, ensure high satisfaction, and grow revenue within each account, targeting outcomes like 2–3 strong accounts placing ~15–20 engineers per year each.
- 5Leverage MSP/VMS routes as a secondary option to enter large accounts where direct access is not immediately possible.
- 6Build and lead a small sales/BD team as the business grows, defining basic sales processes and reporting.
Requirements5
- 16+ years of experience in B2B Sales, with at least 3 recent years in Sales for IT Staffing / Recruitment services.
- 2Proven experience acquiring and closing large enterprise clients (e.g., Morgan Stanley, Uber, Nutanix, Walmart).
- 3Experience handling end-to-end sales from prospecting to pitching to commercials to closure.
- 4Experience in pricing, competitor analysis, and driving innovative sales strategies, including differentiating between niche and non-niche hiring.
- 5Existing relationships with decision-makers in Tech / Product companies (HR, TA Heads, Business Heads).
