What You'll Do7
- 1Run simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises that mirror real-world SaaS deals.
- 2Evaluate AI-generated responses to contract scenarios and give expert feedback to boost model accuracy.
- 3Build objective grading rubrics and evaluation frameworks for assessing AI performance on contract tasks.
- 4Work with product and research teams to improve data, guidelines, and best practices for AI contract review.
- 5Review and redline MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs as part of AI training workflows.
- 6Translate legal analysis into clear, actionable feedback that AI systems can learn from.
- 7Help refine how AI identifies risk and interprets contract language across different scenarios.
Requirements7
- 1J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
- 2Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- 3At least 3 years of in-house experience in technology transactions, with a focus on negotiating MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.
- 4Strong written and verbal communication skills with close attention to detail.
- 5Solid analytical skills and the ability to turn legal expertise into feedback for AI systems.
- 6A demonstrated interest in innovation where law and technology meet.
- 7Experience working with cross-disciplinary teams in fast-moving settings.
