Overview

What You'll Do8
- Create coding tasks that mirror real-world feature implementation and bug fixing scenarios.
- Build deterministic verifiers that accept reasonable valid solutions and reject everything else.
- Write clear, challenging problems that test AI reasoning and code understanding.
- Review and refine tasks to ensure they meet project specifications.
- Submit a minimum number of tasks each week as required by the project.
- Collaborate with the team to improve task quality and verifier accuracy.
- Apply your backend expertise to make tasks realistic and technically sound.
- Ensure verifiers handle edge cases and reject invalid approaches.

- Strong backend development experience in Java, Node.js, Go, Rust, TypeScript, Python, C++, or similar.
- Proven track record building scalable services and APIs.
- Comfort with debugging, performance work, and automated testing.
- Solid code review instincts.
- Ability to work independently and meet weekly submission targets.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong testing background: designing test strategy, maintaining large test suites, diagnosing flaky tests, or raising testing standards.
- Experience delivering high-quality, performant backend projects.
- Success identifying and resolving software bugs and system bottlenecks.
- Codebase refactoring and implementing complex features in large-scale applications.
- Strong grasp of algorithms, data structures, and core computer science concepts.
- Excellent technical communication skills.
