What You'll Do5
- 1Develop clinically authentic prompts and scenarios based on your day-to-day psychiatry practice, covering areas like diagnosis, medication management, risk assessment, and psychotherapy fidelity.
- 2Produce gold-standard reference responses that reflect attending-level expertise and clinical judgment.
- 3Assess AI-generated answers using structured evaluation rubrics, scoring for accuracy and clinical relevance.
- 4Deliver written feedback to the research team to refine model behavior and improve reasoning quality.
- 5Join onboarding office hours and specialty calibration sessions to align on task expectations and quality standards.
Requirements4
- 1Attending psychiatrists must hold board certification and a current, active, unrestricted medical license in their specialty.
- 2Resident physicians must be in their final year of residency; recent graduates should be board-eligible.
- 3Fellows must be board-certified or board-eligible in their primary specialty and maintain an active medical license.
- 4Subspecialists in Child & Adolescent, Addiction, Forensic, Consultation-Liaison, and Geriatric Psychiatry are encouraged to apply.
