Overview
We're seeking board-certified hematology/oncology experts to help train cutting-edge AI models in clinical reasoning. In this fully remote role, you'll design realistic patient scenarios, evaluate AI-generated responses against evidence-based standards, and directly shape how next-generation systems understand cancer care. Pay ranges from $180–$400 per hour depending on your experience level, with weekly compensation via Mercor.
What You'll Do4
- 1Develop clinically authentic prompts based on your own heme/onc practice — covering staging, treatment sequencing, toxicity management, guideline interpretation, and end-of-life decision-making.
- 2Write 'gold-standard' reference responses at attending-level quality for a variety of cancer and hematologic conditions.
- 3Evaluate AI outputs against structured rubrics and provide granular feedback that the research team uses to fine-tune model behavior.
- 4Attend onboarding office hours and specialty calibration sessions to ensure consistent, high-quality data generation across the team.
Requirements4
- 1Board certification in hematology/oncology (or board eligibility for final-year fellows) with a current, active, unrestricted medical license.
- 2For residents: must be in your final year of residency; recent graduates must be board-eligible.
- 3For fellows: board-certified or board-eligible in your primary specialty and hold an active medical license.
- 4Deep understanding of evidence-based oncology guidelines and ability to craft realistic clinical vignettes.
