Overview

micro1 is looking for a licensed mental health expert to help train AI systems in crisis prevention. What You'll Do7

  • 4Develop benchmark guidelines to assess risk and protect vulnerable populations across online platforms.
  • 5Contribute expert insights to build mental-health safety assessment tools for adolescent and adult users.
  • 6Review, annotate, and classify real-world scenarios for AI training with high accuracy and ethical alignment.
  • 7Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure all deliverables meet rigorous clinical and ethical standards.

Requirements7

  • 1Licensed clinician (therapist, psychiatrist, or psychologist) with substantial crisis-care experience.
  • 2At least 5 years of direct practice in mental-health crisis response, adolescent mental health, or similar—8–20 years preferred for advanced projects.
  • 3Demonstrable expertise in self-harm prevention, suicide prevention, eating disorders, or emergency mental-health support.
  • 4Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience creating clinical documentation, guidelines, or evaluation frameworks.
  • 5An advanced degree, professional certification, or equivalent proven experience in psychology, psychiatry, or related domains.
  • 6Experience with clinical risk assessment, digital mental-health platforms, or relevant research is a plus.
  • 7Commitment to upholding ethical standards, privacy protections, and evidence-based practice in all work.
