If you're an Internal Medicine expert—whether attending, fellow, or final-year resident—you'll design realistic clinical scenarios, evaluate AI outputs against medical standards, and directly contribute to training the next generation of healthcare AI. What You'll Do5
- 1Create detailed, clinically accurate prompts and scenarios drawn from your daily practice—covering diagnostic reasoning, treatment plans, risk stratification, and adherence to guidelines.
- 2Write high-quality reference responses that meet attending-level standards of care.
- 3Assess AI-generated answers using structured rubrics to ensure clinical validity and consistency.
- 4Provide clear, written feedback that the research team uses to refine model behavior and reasoning patterns.
- 5Attend onboarding office hours and periodic calibration sessions to align on specialty-specific expectations.
Requirements4
- 1Attending physicians must be board certified with a current, active, unrestricted medical license.
- 2Residents must be in their final year of an Internal Medicine residency; recent graduates must be board-eligible.
- 3Fellows must be board-certified or board-eligible in their primary specialty and hold a current, active, unrestricted medical license.
- 4Ability to commit to a default of 20 hours per week (asynchronous work) with potential for increased hours after onboarding.
