Overview
We're looking for skilled emergency medicine physicians to help train advanced AI models in clinical reasoning for acute care. In this remote role, you'll draw on your real-world experience to design realistic patient scenarios and assess AI-generated responses against medical standards. Your work will directly influence how AI understands and handles complex emergency situations.
What You'll Do5
- 1Create clinically accurate prompts and case studies based on your ER experience, covering triage, resuscitation, procedural sedation, and discharge decisions.
- 2Write model reference answers at the level of a practicing attending physician.
- 3Evaluate AI-generated outputs using detailed scoring rubrics.
- 4Deliver constructive feedback to the research team to refine model behavior.
- 5Attend onboarding sessions and specialty calibration meetings to ensure consistency across contributors.
Requirements3
- 1For attending physicians: board certification in Emergency Medicine (or combined EM/IM or EM/Peds) with a current, active, unrestricted medical license.
- 2For residents: must be in your final year of an EM residency; recent graduates must be board-eligible.
- 3For fellows: must hold board certification or board eligibility in your primary specialty and have an active, unrestricted medical license.
