Overview
You will own end-to-end Product Design for high-traffic B2C digital products across web and mobile platforms at one of India's fastest growing financial services groups. Your work will translate customer needs and business objectives into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. You will partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Business teams to deliver customer-centric product experiences. Conduct user research, usability analysis, and competitive research to uncover pain points and product opportunities. What You'll Do10
- 1Own end-to-end Product Design for high-traffic B2C digital products across web and mobile platforms.
- 2Translate customer needs, business requirements, and product objectives into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- 3Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Business teams to define and deliver customer-centric product experiences.
- 4Conduct user research, usability analysis, and competitive research to identify customer pain points and product opportunities.
- 5Design intuitive and scalable UX/UI experiences that improve customer engagement, adoption, and conversion.
- 6Apply product thinking and design thinking to solve complex user and business problems.
- 7Create and maintain design systems, reusable components, interaction patterns, and design guidelines.
- 8Validate designs through prototyping, usability testing, user feedback, and product data.
- 9Iterate designs based on user insights, analytics, business requirements, and stakeholder feedback.
- 10Present design decisions and recommendations to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

- 15+ years of hands-on B2C Product Design experience.
- 2A track record at a top B2C product company.
- 3BDes/MDes from IIT, NIFT, NIT, or another strong Tier 1 design institute.
- 4A portfolio that demonstrates high-traffic consumer product design work.
