Overview
Own the creative strategy engine across platforms, driving paid media performance by improving CPM, CTR, CVR, and CPA. Manage a structured creative testing system from research to scaling winners for a D2C e-commerce brand in the health and wellness space.
What You'll Do5
- 1Analyze ad-level data daily (CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA) and identify winning hooks, angles, personas, and formats.
- 2Structure creatives into measurable hypothesis-based batches and track hit rate per batch to improve over time.
- 3Deliver structured, high-conversion creative briefs weekly using awareness levels, persona targeting, objection handling, proof, and offer framing.
- 4Maintain a continuous testing pipeline, reduce idea-to-launch time, and prevent performance drops due to creative fatigue.
- 5Work closely with Media Buyers to align creative direction with campaign goals and adjust based on CPM and CPA shifts.
Requirements6
- 13+ years in performance creative strategy, growth marketing, or direct-response advertising in the health & wellness niche.
- 2Proven ability to improve CTR, CVR, or CPA through creative optimization.
- 3Strong analytical skills and comfort reading performance dashboards (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, creative analytics tools).
- 4Excellent scripting, messaging, and creative briefing capabilities.
- 5Deep understanding of consumer psychology and persuasion in direct-response advertising.
- 6Experience managing 100+ ad tests per month.
