Operation Executive
Overview
PawSpace is transforming pet care in Bengaluru by bringing grooming, training, and boarding services directly to pet parents. As an Operations Executive, you'll be the backbone of our grooming operations—managing teams, schedules, and service quality across multiple zones. This role is perfect for someone who loves pets and thrives on keeping complex logistics running smoothly.
What You'll Do8
- 1Assign daily grooming tasks to field teams across different areas of Bangalore, ensuring efficient route planning and time management.
- 2Track groomer attendance, punctuality, and behavior; conduct regular performance evaluations and grooming audits.
- 3Coordinate with customers, groomers, and internal teams to handle reschedules, cancellations, and urgent requests quickly.
- 4Ensure all grooming services—from basic baths to full makeovers—follow strict SOPs for hygiene, pet safety, and quality.
- 5Monitor and resolve service complaints or escalations within agreed SLAs, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- 6Manage inventory of grooming supplies and tools, coordinating restocks and tracking wear and tear.
- 7Support the onboarding and training of new groomers, and organize refresher sessions on grooming techniques and customer service.
- 8Maintain dashboards to track daily bookings, completion rates, cancellations, and revenue by team and area.
Requirements7
- 1A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- 22–5 years of experience in operations or service delivery; background in the pet industry is a plus.
- 3Strong people management and team coordination skills—you know how to keep a field team aligned and motivated.
- 4Comfortable using operational dashboards, Excel, and mobile service apps to track and report performance.
- 5Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, especially under pressure.
- 6Fluency in English, Kannada, and Hindi to communicate effectively with diverse teams and customers.
- 7A genuine passion for animals and a commitment to delivering a high-quality pet care experience.
