Overview

In this role, you will apply your network security expertise to help train next-generation AI systems by providing high-quality, real-world input. You will manage firewalls, intrusion prevention systems, monitor and respond to security events, implement cloud and endpoint security controls, and lead incident response efforts. The job requires strong domain knowledge but no prior AI experience.

What You'll Do7

  • 1Oversee comprehensive network security management, including firewall and intrusion prevention system (IPS) configuration and maintenance.
  • 2Continuously monitor, analyze, and respond to network security events, identifying and mitigating potential threats in real time.
  • 3Implement and maintain robust cloud and endpoint security controls across diverse platforms and environments.
  • 4Lead efficient incident response efforts, including investigation, containment, eradication, and reporting of security incidents.
  • 5Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enforce security best practices and standards aligned to business needs.
  • 6Guide and mentor other team members, fostering a culture of security awareness and professional development.
  • 7Ensure full compliance with relevant security policies, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements7

  • 1Proven expertise in network security management, including configuring firewalls, VPNs, and network segmentation.
  • 2Strong experience monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving network security issues using advanced tools.
  • 3Demonstrated ability to implement and oversee cloud and endpoint security solutions in multi-cloud or hybrid environments.
  • 4Hands-on incident response experience, including investigation, remediation, and documentation of security events.
  • 5Exceptional collaborative abilities, with a track record of mentoring and knowledge sharing within technical teams.
  • 6In-depth knowledge of security frameworks, regulatory compliance, and policy development.
  • 7Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent are highly valued.
