micro1 is looking for medical experts to contribute their knowledge to an AI training project. In this remote contract role, you'll provide real-world medical documents — such as case reports, clinical notes, or research manuscripts — to help teach next-generation AI systems. No prior AI experience is required; your domain expertise and ability to produce high-quality, de-identified documentation are the key qualifications.
What You'll Do7
- 1Submit original medical documents you've personally authored (e.g., PDFs or Word files) for use in training AI models.
- 2Ensure materials showcase genuine medical depth and authenticity — think case reports, clinical documentation, research manuscripts, or internal training guides.
- 3Include multimodal content in your submissions: a mix of text, tables, charts, diagrams, figures, or other illustrative elements.
- 4Apply professional judgment to rigorously de-identify any sensitive or personal information before sharing documents.
- 5Curate a range of document lengths — ideally 10 to 100 pages per file — to support diverse training scenarios.
- 6Communicate clearly and thoughtfully, providing written context or clarification about your materials when needed.
- 7Collaborate remotely with the micro1 platform as a valued contributor to this innovative project.
Requirements7
- 1Advanced credentials in medicine, healthcare, clinical research, or a closely related discipline (e.g., MD, DO, PhD, RN).
- 2Extensive experience creating, authoring, or compiling high-quality medical documentation and technical reports.
- 3Strong understanding of patient confidentiality, ethical documentation practices, and data de-identification.
- 4Proven ability to convey complex medical information clearly through both written and verbal communication.
- 5Demonstrated experience with multimodal documentation — integrating figures, visuals, and structured data.
- 6Comfort submitting a variety of original documents from your own professional portfolio in PDF or Word format.
- 7Experience as a medical practitioner, researcher, academic, or clinical documentation specialist is a plus.
