Marketing Expert — Social Media (AI Agent Environments) | $60-$100/hr Remote
Overview
Paradigm builds high-fidelity simulated workplaces that test AI agents on real marketing tasks. You will design the social media environment: task briefs, reference answers, and the planted flaws that separate strong practitioners from weak ones. The simulation recreates an org's actual tool surface, including Sprout Social, email, CRM, and analytics. Your judgment becomes the scoring standard for AI agent attempts.
What You'll Do5
- 1Write task briefs based on real social media work you have done, naming the planted issue and the correct decision
- 2Specify the documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states needed to make each scenario realistic
- 3Draft or review reference answers and define the criteria that separate strong results from plausible but wrong ones
- 4Evaluate AI agent outputs against your own professional standard
- 5Cover capabilities like diagnosing messy data, prioritizing tradeoffs, executing multi-step work, QA, triage, and reporting
Requirements5
- 1Hands-on experience owning a brand's social accounts and inbox, not just overseeing people who do
- 2Fluent with social management platforms such as Sprout Social and comfortable reading native analytics
- 3Prior experience building AI training environments, RL environments, or simulated case studies is strongly preferred
- 4Certification from Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp is strongly preferred
- 5Ability to explain in writing why a decision is correct
Who Should Apply
Candidates who have personally run a brand's social inbox and can articulate the reasoning behind every response will fit well. This role is less suitable for social media managers who only supervise others or who have never touched Sprout Social. Rejection often happens when applicants lack experience building simulated case studies or AI training environments. Salary Insight
