Overview

Paradigm builds simulated marketing organizations that AI agents work through, and you will help design the field marketing side of those environments. The simulated tool surface includes email, CRM, project management, web analytics, AEO/SEO platforms, ads, CMS, product analytics, and support software. You will turn your own event and field marketing experience into task briefs, define the realistic documents and dashboards each scenario needs, and review agent responses against your professional judgment.

What You'll Do6

  • 1Draft task briefs from real field marketing or event work, including the planted issue and the decision a strong practitioner should reach.
  • 2Specify the documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states each scenario must contain to feel like a real marketing org.
  • 3Write or review reference answers and define the scoring criteria that separate strong work from plausible but wrong work.
  • 4Assess AI agent attempts and judge them against your own professional standard.
  • 5Build scenarios that span diagnosis, prioritization, tradeoffs, planning, execution, QA, reconciliation, triage, escalation, research, reporting, and multi-tool orchestration.
  • 6Focus field marketing tasks on event follow-up, sponsorship decisions, regional pipeline recovery, and joint account planning.

Requirements5

  • 1Hands-on field marketing or events experience, including owning a region against a sales number rather than only executing logistics.
  • 2Comfort using a CRM such as Salesforce and a project tracker such as Asana or Linear.
  • 3Prior work building AI training environments, RL environments, or simulated case studies is a strong plus.
  • 4Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification is a plus.
  • 5Demonstrated ability to explain in writing why one decision is correct and another is not.

Who Should Apply

A field marketer who has owned a territory against a revenue number and can convert that experience into realistic test scenarios will fit this contract well. The role is less suitable for event coordinators whose work stops at logistics and never involves sales accountability. Candidates often fail the screener when they cannot name the exact judgment call a strong practitioner makes, or when they do not know how to use a CRM and project tracker at the level the environment demands. Passing the initial knowledge check requires specific field marketing domain knowledge, so general marketing experience will not carry you through.

Salary Insight

The posted rate is $60-$100 per hour. The top of that range aligns with candidates who bring prior AI training environment experience or Rubric certification, while the lower end still matches senior field marketing contractor pay.

Application Tip

Before you apply, prepare a short writeup of one field marketing decision you made from incomplete or conflicting data, and state the tradeoff you chose. Mention any experience building simulated case studies, RL environments, or training sets for AI, because the screener rewards that background.
