Marketing Expert — Organic Growth (AI Agent Environments) | $60-$100/hr Remote
Overview
You will design simulated marketing environments that test AI agents on real organic growth work. Each environment recreates the tool stack a marketing team uses, including Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and Contentful, plus documents, dashboards, and personas with embedded faults. Your input turns past projects into task briefs, supporting artifacts, and reference answers with scoring criteria. The work targets search and answer-engine visibility, content-led acquisition, technical diagnosis, keyword prioritization, and organic funnel issues.
What You'll Do6
- 1Draft task briefs from organic growth projects you have executed, naming the hidden problem and the decision a strong practitioner should make.
- 2Define the documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states that make each scenario feel like a real marketing organization.
- 3Write and review reference answers with grading criteria that separate expert work from superficially plausible failures.
- 4Score AI agent responses against your own judgment and explain the reasoning in writing.
- 5Build scenarios that cover diagnosis from messy or conflicting data, prioritization, execution, QA, triage, escalation, research, reporting, and multi-tool workflows.
- 6Cover search and answer-engine visibility, content-led acquisition, technical and on-page diagnosis, keyword and topic prioritization, pricing journey changes, and organic funnel evaluation.
Requirements5
- 1Own organic growth or SEO/AEO work hands-on, with a track record of executing the work, not just managing it.
- 2Use Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Semrush or Ahrefs, and a CMS such as Contentful in your daily practice.
- 3Design AI training environments, reinforcement learning environments, or simulated case studies.
- 4Hold a Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification or show equivalent evaluation design skill.
- 5Write clear reasoning that lets a reviewer see why one decision beats another.
Who Should Apply
A senior organic growth practitioner who can turn daily judgment calls into testable scenarios fits this role. Someone who has only managed SEO specialists without doing the hands-on work will not pass the screener. This role is less suitable for marketers who want to run campaigns or produce content instead of judging AI output. The screener filters out candidates who cannot show clear written reasoning or who lack working knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Semrush/Ahrefs, or Contentful. If you have built training environments or rubric-style evaluations, mention that in the screener.
Salary Insight
Pay ranges from $60 to $100 per hour. The top of the range tends to match candidates with prior AI environment or rubric experience. The engagement is hourly and remote.

Application Tip
Complete the multiple-choice knowledge screener before applying and document the reasoning behind each answer. Choose examples where analytics data conflicts or organic priorities compete, and mention any Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification plus a specific evaluation rubric you have built.

Paradigm builds simulated marketing departments where AI agents handle real campaign work. Each environment mirrors the tool stack found in an actual org, including CRM, Amplitude, and an ESP, along with realistic documents, dashboards, and personas. You will design lifecycle task briefs based on work you have done, embed a deliberate problem in each one, and define what a strong decision looks like. Part of the role is reviewing agent outputs and judging them against your professional standard.

VerifiedMarketing Expert — Field Marketing (AI Agent Environments)
Paradigm builds simulated marketing organizations that AI agents work through, and you will help design the field marketing side of those environments. The simulated tool surface includes email, CRM, project management, web analytics, AEO/SEO platforms, ads, CMS, product analytics, and support software. You will turn your own event and field marketing experience into task briefs, define the realistic documents and dashboards each scenario needs, and review agent responses against your professional judgment.
