Overview

Paradigm builds simulated marketing organizations where AI agents get realistic briefs, data, and tool access. You will design and pressure-test the Creator & Influencer environments, deciding what a strong practitioner would do versus where a weaker one would stumble. Your input shapes reference answers, grading criteria, and planted errors across email, CRM, social media, and analytics tools. The role is hourly contract work, and candidates complete a short knowledge screener before review.

What You'll Do5

  • 1Draft creator and influencer task briefs from real program work, embedding the deliberate flaw and the decision that separates expert judgment from guesswork.
  • 2Specify the documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states that make each simulated scenario feel like a live marketing org.
  • 3Write or critique reference answers and scoring rubrics that reward diagnostic thinking and penalize plausible but wrong conclusions.
  • 4Review AI agent attempts against your own standard, identifying where the agent misread data, skipped a tradeoff, or missed a compliance flag.
  • 5Cover the full evaluation arc, from messy data diagnosis and prioritization to execution, QA, reporting, and multi-tool orchestration.

Requirements5

  • 1Direct experience selecting, negotiating with, and measuring creators or influencers for real campaigns.
  • 2Familiarity with creator platforms, paid amplification through creator handles, and the disclosure rules that govern the work.
  • 3Ability to explain your reasoning in writing; judges will read your justifications for why a response is strong or wrong.
  • 4Bonus: prior work building AI training sets, reinforcement learning environments, or simulated case studies.
  • 5Bonus: Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification.

Who Should Apply

The ideal candidate has selected, negotiated with, and measured creators, and can explain the reasoning behind each choice in writing. Someone who has only studied influencer marketing or worked on the brand side without direct creator contact will struggle with the hands-on briefs. A common rejection point is the screening quiz, which tests practical knowledge of disclosure rules and paid creator amplification. Another is vague reasoning in the written justification, where the grader cannot tell whether the candidate understands why one decision outperforms another.

Salary Insight

The pay is $60-$100 per hour, with the higher rate reserved for practitioners who bring prior AI training or simulated case study experience. This contract rate reflects the need for senior-level judgment, not just execution skills.

Application Tip

Before you apply, practice articulating one specific decision you made in a creator program, such as how you handled usage rights or disclosed paid amplification; the screener and your written reasoning will be judged on that kind of concrete judgment.
