What You'll Do4
- 1Create precise, task-specific scoring rubrics for authentic consulting outputs — including financial models, client-ready slide decks, and implementation roadmaps.
- 2Evaluate both AI-generated and human-prepared work samples against those rubrics, providing thorough written reasoning for every score assigned.
- 3Apply consistent, evidence-based judgment to ensure scoring is reproducible and defensible across multiple evaluators.
- 4Incorporate feedback from senior reviewers and quickly refine your criteria or scores based on their input.
Requirements4
- 1At least 5 years of professional management consulting experience, ideally at a top-tier strategy firm like McKinsey, Bain, or BCG.
- 2Strong command of structured problem-solving, market sizing, financial modeling, business-case development, and executive-level slide communication.
- 3Exceptional written communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset, comfortable having your evaluations reviewed and calibrated against peers.
- 4Prior experience with AI training, evaluation, or human-data projects is a significant plus.
