Overview

This role applies management consulting expertise to train next-generation AI systems. You will provide expert insights, review business scenarios, and deliver high-quality feedback to improve AI reasoning and performance. No prior AI experience is required—your domain knowledge is what matters. The position is fully remote and contract-based.

What You'll Do5

• 1Provide expert insights on management consulting methodologies, strategic analysis, and business transformation practices.
• 2Review, assess, and refine complex business scenarios, documents, and case studies to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• 3Deliver high-quality, detailed written and verbal feedback to improve AI system outputs and reasoning capabilities.
• 4Collaborate remotely with the customer’s team to support the training and evaluation of AI models with real-world management consulting perspectives.
• 5Identify gaps, propose improvements, and ensure alignment with industry best practices.

Requirements4

• 1Minimum 4+ years of experience as a management consultant, ideally with a top-tier consulting firm.
• 2Proven expertise in strategic projects, business process improvement, and organizational transformation.
• 3Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• 4Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex problems into practical insights.
