Overview
This role offers experienced designers a chance to influence how leading AI systems approach creative work. Instead of producing designs, you’ll set the bar for quality by crafting scoring criteria and evaluating both AI-generated and human-created samples. Your detailed written feedback will directly sharpen the AI’s design judgment.
What You'll Do4
- 1Develop precise, task-specific grading rubrics for deliverables like brand identity systems, campaign visuals, presentation layouts, packaging, and digital assets.
- 2Review AI-produced and human work samples against those rubrics, delivering detailed written justifications for each score.
- 3Maintain consistent, evidence-based scoring so evaluations are reproducible and defensible across reviewers.
- 4Incorporate structured feedback from senior reviewers and iterate quickly to refine your criteria and assessments.
Requirements6
- 1At least 5 years of professional experience in graphic, brand, or visual design.
- 2Background at top-tier design studios, creative agencies, or senior design roles at leading consumer or technology brands.
- 3Deep fluency in typography, layout, visual hierarchy, color, composition, and brand systems, plus the ability to articulate critique like a design lead.
- 4Exceptional written communication skills to explain exactly why a piece of work meets or falls short of the standard.
- 5Meticulous and consistent, comfortable with your judgment being reviewed and calibrated against peers.
- 6Prior experience with AI training, evaluation, or human-data projects is a strong plus.

Salary Insight
