This role involves applying management consulting expertise to train next-generation AI systems. What You'll Do5

• 1Provide expert insights on management consulting methodologies, strategic analysis, and business transformation practices.
• 2Review, assess, and refine complex business scenarios, documents, and case studies to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• 3Deliver high-quality, detailed written and verbal feedback to improve AI system outputs and reasoning capabilities.
• 4Collaborate remotely with the customer’s team to support training and evaluation of AI models with real-world management consulting perspectives.
• 5Identify gaps, propose improvements, and ensure alignment with industry best practices.

Requirements5

• 1Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a management consultant, ideally with a top-tier consulting firm.
• 2Proven expertise in strategic analysis, business process improvement, and organizational transformation.
• 3Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• 4Ability to synthesize complex problems and deliver practical, actionable insights.
• 5Experience developing or reviewing case studies, business frameworks, and client-ready deliverables.
