Requirements7
- 1Licensed attorney with current or prior bar admission in at least one US jurisdiction
- 2At least 3 years of direct litigation experience including drafting, discovery, and motion practice after law school
- 3Specialized experience in Shareholder or LLC disputes (fiduciary duties, oppression, buyouts, governance)
- 4Proven ability to produce high-quality work product in shareholder/LLC matters
