Requirements7
- 1Licensed attorney with current or past bar admission in at least one US jurisdiction.
- 2At least 3 years of direct litigation experience post-JD, including drafting, discovery, and motion practice.
- 3Specialized background in Shareholder/LLC litigation: fiduciary duty, oppression, buyouts, and governance disputes.
- 4Proven ability to produce high-quality work product for shareholder/LLC dispute matters.
- 5Exceptional written English and fluency in legal drafting and argumentation.
- 6Capacity to absorb direction and feedback swiftly while maintaining high standards in complex litigation.
- 7Federal court practice, multiple matter types, or prior AI training/evaluation experience is a plus.
