Requirements4

  • 1At least two years of professional experience practicing employment or labor law at a law firm, in-house department, government agency, or labor union.
  • 2A J.D. (U.S.) or LL.B./LL.M. from an accredited law school, with an active or inactive license to practice law in the U.S.
  • 3Strong background in legal research and legal writing, including drafting memoranda and analyzing case law.
  • 4Exceptional written communication skills and a sharp attention to detail, ensuring evaluations are precise and constructive.
