Lead - Product Design (B2C)
Overview
Lead and manage product design for a consumer-facing brand, defining long-term UI/UX strategy and design systems. Responsible for building and mentoring a design team, collaborating with executive leadership and product/engineering to ensure world-class web and mobile experiences. Act as gatekeeper for visual identity and drive user-centric, data-informed design decisions.

- 8Conduct regular design reviews and critiques to maintain high execution bar across visual and motion projects
Requirements9
- 15+ years of experience in UI/UX design
- 2Hands-on experience across full product design lifecycle (rapid prototyping to final hand-off) for web and mobile
- 31+ year of team leading experience managing high-impact consumer product design
- 4Exceptional UI skills and deep mastery of UX with world-class visual and interaction design
- 5Proven expertise in building and evolving scalable design systems and UI patterns
- 6Proficiency in Figma, Principle, and Adobe Suite
- 7Ability to partner with C-suite and cross-functional leaders, articulating design challenges to non-design stakeholders
- 8Comprehensive portfolio showcasing elite visual design, design system work, and leadership for consumer products
- 9Formal degree in Design (HCI, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent) from premier institution
