What You'll Do7
- 1Transcribe Japanese audio samples with precision, capturing content, context, speaker nuances, and linguistic details.
- 2Review, edit, and validate Japanese transcripts for completeness, clarity, and alignment with project guidelines.
- 3Fix errors, inconsistencies, or ambiguities in machine-generated or human-created transcriptions.
- 4Annotate audio files or transcripts with relevant metadata and contextual notes as required.
- 5Work with project managers and other experts to maintain consistency and quality across deliverables.
- 6Use transcription tools and platforms to process and submit work according to project requirements.
- 7Provide linguistic and cultural insights to improve AI model understanding and performance.
Requirements7
- 1Native-level fluency in Japanese, with strong comprehension of both spoken and written language.
- 2Professional experience in audio transcription, linguistic review, localization, or related language work is strongly encouraged.
- 3Familiarity with transcription conventions, audio review workflows, annotation tools, or speech data projects is preferred.
- 4Keen attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to recognize subtle language, pronunciation, or context differences in audio samples.
- 5Proficiency in English to follow project instructions and manage occasional English-language content.
- 6Previous participation in AI training data, data annotation, or language technology projects is a plus.
- 7Strong organizational skills and commitment to delivering high-quality, timely submissions.
