Overview
We are looking for seasoned professionals in incident management, reliability engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) to serve as expert Evaluators. In this remote, hourly role, you’ll review AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks, applying your domain expertise to judge their accuracy, completeness, and overall quality. Your feedback will directly help improve AI outputs in a critical technical field.
What You'll Do4
- 1Assess AI-produced work products — such as reports, data tables, and presentations — against detailed quality rubrics tailored to SRE and incident management standards.
- 2Identify factual inconsistencies, logical gaps, formatting errors, and visual presentation issues in the deliverables you review.
- 3Provide clear, structured, and actionable written feedback that highlights strengths and areas for improvement in each artifact.
- 4Collaborate remotely with the team to ensure evaluation criteria remain aligned with industry best practices and domain-specific requirements.
Requirements3
- 1A minimum of 5 years of hands-on professional experience in incident management, reliability engineering, or SRE roles.
- 2Native or professional-level fluency in English, with strong written communication skills.
- 3High proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly Google Slides and PowerPoint for evaluating slide decks.
