What You'll Do8
- 1Review AI-generated Gujarati outputs and provide targeted feedback on accuracy, fluency, grammar, punctuation, tone, and cultural appropriateness.

Requirements9
- 1Bachelor’s degree or higher in linguistics, Gujarati/English literature, communications, journalism, translation, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2Native or near-native Gujarati proficiency in reading and writing.
- 3Strong professional proficiency in English (C1) for following guidelines and providing detailed feedback in English.
- 43+ years of professional experience in writing, editing, localization, translation, content QA, journalism, education, or related language work.
- 5Deep understanding of Gujarati grammar, spelling, punctuation, and style, with ability to explain corrections.
- 6Comfort with formal and informal registers, dialect variation, and audience adaptation for India vs diaspora.
- 7High attention to detail to spot subtle meaning shifts, hallucinations, or culturally awkward phrasing.
- 8Reliable, self-directed, and able to deliver consistent quality in an hourly remote workflow across time zones.
- 9Prior experience with AI data training/annotation, translation QA, editorial QA, or rubric-based evaluation is preferred.
