Overview
As a remote Google Sheets Specialist, you will craft realistic browser-based tasks that mirror real business scenarios using the Google Sheets interface. Document each task in SuperAnnotate with goals, steps, files, and sample data to guide reviewers. Before recording, verify your setup with access to Google Sheets, prepared datasets, and any required references. Recordings demonstrate workflows such as formulas, filters, charts, pivot tables, dashboards, and data validation to reflect practical spreadsheet use.

- 1Create realistic Google Sheets tasks and document them in SuperAnnotate with goals, steps, and sample data.
- 2Prepare the work environment by confirming Google Sheets access, datasets, permissions, and references before recording.
- 3Record yourself executing the assigned Google Sheets task on your computer, following project instructions and ensuring the workflow is complete.
- 4Document task context with steps, goals, files, and notes so reviewers understand how the task was completed.
- 5Demonstrate practical Google Sheets workflows, including formulas, filters, charts, pivot tables, dashboards, and data validation.
- 6Submit polished recordings and documentation that meet project guidelines.
Requirements9
- 1Hands-on experience with Google Sheets for spreadsheets, formulas, functions, data cleaning, dashboards, and collaboration.
- 2English proficiency at B2 level or higher for understanding instructions and documenting tasks.
- 3Comfort using browser-based tools, Google Drive, files, tabs, permissions, and recording workflows.
- 4Ability to design realistic Google Sheets tasks reflecting business contexts such as admin, finance, operations, or data analysis.
- 5Strong understanding of core features: formulas, functions, filters, sorting, charts, conditional formatting, data validation, pivot tables, sharing, and worksheet organization.
- 6Ensure setup readiness with Google Sheets access, files, sample data, and references prepared before recording.
- 7High attention to detail in task preparation, execution, and recording quality.
- 8Reliable, self-directed, and able to deliver consistent results in hourly remote contractor work across time zones.
- 9Additional professional skills in admin, sales, finance, operations, education, data analysis, coding, or reporting are a plus.
