ClickUp Specialist for Task Management and Workflows
Overview
Remote, hourly contract role centered on ClickUp task management and project workflows. You will design realistic ClickUp tasks and document them in SuperAnnotate to train AI models on real world admin, operations, and team collaboration tasks. Before recording, ensure you have access to ClickUp, a prepared workspace, and clear references to guide the task. Deliverables include workspace structures, tasks, statuses, dashboards, docs, and automations that illustrate practical use.
What You'll Do7
- 1Design realistic ClickUp tasks and document them clearly in SuperAnnotate to enable evaluation and training
- 2Prepare the work environment with ClickUp access, ready workspace data, and permissions before recording
- 3Record a concise screen capture of task execution in ClickUp following project instructions and ensuring clarity of the workflow
- 4Provide task context including goals, workspace details, and reviewer notes so evaluators understand how the task was completed
- 5Demonstrate practical workflows in ClickUp such as creating tasks, configuring custom fields, building dashboards and docs, updating statuses, and applying automations
- 6Review recordings and documentation for completeness, realism, and alignment with project guidelines
- 7Coordinate submissions as a remote contractor across time zones and maintain consistent quality
Requirements9
- 1hands-on experience using ClickUp for task management project tracking dashboards docs automations and team collaboration
- 2english proficiency at least b2 level to understand project instructions document tasks clearly and communicate with the project team
- 3comfort using a computer browser based tools workspaces files permissions and recording workflows
- 4ability to design realistic ClickUp tasks reflecting admin operations project management sales marketing support or HR use cases
