Overview
Mercor partners with a leading AI lab to test health models before they reach clinicians and patients. Board-certified general surgeons read de-identified patient charts and score how well AI answers handle clinical questions in general surgery. Every judgment you write ties back to the chart and to current standards of care. Work runs remote on flexible part-time hours, with an immediate start and $200/hr pay.

- 3Write structured rationales that explain your reasoning on clinical rigor, completeness, and clarity
- 4Call out errors that carry a risk of harm to patients
- 5Read de-identified charts with enough depth to catch details an AI answer may miss or misstate
- 6Keep your ratings consistent across cases so the model gets reliable feedback
Requirements7

- 2Board certification in ABS General Surgery through an ABMS member board or the AOA
- 3Active, unrestricted US medical license
