We're looking for a skilled Finance Program Coordinator to join a leading AI lab's GenAI team and help shape the next generation of large language models. In this remote, part-time role, you'll bring your finance expertise and organizational rigor to coordinate domain-specific rater teams, ensuring high-quality training data for cutting-edge AI systems. This is a W-2 contract position through Cincinnatus LLC, offering a competitive hourly rate of $40–$60/hr.
What You'll Do5
- 1Manage day-to-day coordination between finance-specialist raters and the broader training data program to close execution gaps and keep projects on schedule.
- 2Develop and maintain workflows for task tracking, issue escalation, and quality control specific to finance-related evaluation tasks.
- 3Monitor rater performance and quality metrics on finance tasks, providing clear, written status updates and constructive feedback.
- 4Handle and resolve finance-specific questions from raters, escalating complex cases to subject matter experts as needed.
- 5Work closely with program leads and subject matter experts to ensure consistency and accuracy across all finance training data.
Requirements4
- 15–10 years of professional experience in finance or finance operations, with a proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams or projects.
- 2Direct experience managing or coordinating a team of contributors (raters, analysts, or similar) against strict deadlines and quality standards.
- 3Demonstrated career progression (e.g., Analyst → Senior Analyst → Program/Project Coordinator) and availability to work at least 35 hours/week during weekdays.
- 4Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
