Overview
This is a unique contract position where you'll apply your finance expertise to help train and refine AI systems. You'll review financial data, perform reconciliations, and provide feedback to improve how AI models handle real-world finance tasks. No prior AI experience is needed—your financial background is the key asset.
What You'll Do6

- 3Review exports from ERP systems and deliver clear, actionable feedback on findings.
- 4Document AP/AR workflows and support month-end close activities with detailed reporting.
- 5Analyze both real and synthetic finance tasks, mapping evidence to expected outputs with high precision.
- 6Write clear, concise explanations of complex financial findings to contribute to AI training datasets.
Requirements6
- 1Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for financial data analysis and reporting.
- 2Proven experience in accounting operations including AP/AR, financial reporting, and reconciliation.
- 3Ability to interpret ERP reports, ledgers, and supporting documentation with strong analytical judgment.
- 4Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a focus on clarity and detail.
- 5A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field plus at least 4 years of relevant experience.
- 6High attention to detail, especially when validating synthetic finance scenarios and documentation.
