Overview

  • 4Build evaluation criteria and perform thorough quality checks to measure AI responses for correctness and relevance.
  • 5Analyze model performance over time, spot recurring errors, and refine data sets or scenarios to boost accuracy.
  • 6Work closely with AI and data science teams to turn your retail know-how into structured training data.

Requirements5

  • 1At least three years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, merchandising, or catalog management.
  • 2Proven ability to structure product catalogs, normalize data, and create content for online retail platforms.
  • 3Strong analytical skills and a meticulous quality assurance mindset when designing scenarios and handling data.
  • 4Solid understanding of consumer shopping behavior and what drives their decisions online.
  • 5Excellent written and verbal communication, able to explain complex ideas clearly.
