
Design Expert (Multidisciplinary) | $15-$40/hr Remote
Overview
This role is for experienced designers who want to put their expertise to work shaping the next generation of AI. You'll review and refine design-related content used to train AI models, helping them understand visual hierarchy, usability, and brand consistency. No AI background is needed—your design knowledge is the core qualification.
What You'll Do6
- 1Examine and refine interview-style design materials, focusing on both visual design and UX/UI quality.
- 2Evaluate AI-generated outputs for usability, aesthetic appeal, and alignment with modern design standards.
- 3Provide clear, constructive feedback to improve layouts, typography, and overall user experience.
- 4Work with AI training teams to keep evaluation criteria current with industry trends and best practices.
- 5Apply a user-centered mindset and ensure consistent branding across all reviewed assets.
- 6Maintain a high level of detail while balancing creative and conceptual quality in every assessment.
Requirements6
- 1At least three years of hands-on, multidisciplinary design experience with a portfolio to prove it.
- 2Strong grasp of typography, layout, and visual design fundamentals, plus proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.
- 3Solid experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user-centered design thinking.
- 4Ability to evaluate and strengthen branding and visual identity elements in various materials.
- 5Up-to-date knowledge of UX/UI principles and current industry practices.
- 6Exceptional attention to detail paired with strong creativity and conceptual thinking skills.
