
Community Manager for Remote Latin America
Overview
Join our remote Latin America team as a Community Manager and lead a welcoming, active online space. You’ll handle customer support and moderate conversations to keep the community safe and engaging. In a fast-paced remote setting, you’ll answer questions, resolve issues, and share feedback with internal teams to improve the overall experience. You’ll use proactive engagement to nurture participation and collaboration among members. Customer support, community moderation, and conflict de-escalation are core to this role.
