Overview
Step into a role where you shape how eVTOL cargo aircraft meet the needs of India's armed forces. You will translate operational problems from Army, Air Force, and Navy formations into ConOps, capability briefs, and technical specifications. What You'll Do6
- 1Convert operational requirements and user problem statements into ConOps, capability briefs, and technical specifications.
- 2Own relationships with Army, Air Force, and Navy formations, directorates, and evaluation teams for tactical and logistic use cases.
- 3Shape and drive responses to RFIs, RFPs, and trial directives.
- 4Guide user trials and field evaluations from start to finish.
- 5Feed structured field requirements back to engineering teams to close the loop between user and product.
- 6Represent the company in policy and procurement forums under DAP 2020, Atmanirbhar Bharat, and IDDM frameworks.
Requirements7
- 1Prior service in the Indian Armed Forces (Air Force, Navy, or Army) or paramilitary, retired.
- 2Hands-on experience on the procurement or user side of defence acquisition, including requirement formulation, capability development, trials, or evaluation.
- 3Aviation or UAS domain background (flying branch, ATC, aviation logistics, air operations, or equivalent).
- 4Ability to engage credibly with serving senior officers and directorate staff.
- 5Air Force, Navy, or Army Aviation background.
- 6Post-retirement stint at a defence/aerospace consulting or advisory firm (Big Four defence practice or a boutique advisory) or defence OEM.
- 7Working familiarity with DAP 2020, Atmanirbhar Bharat, and IDDM procurement frameworks.
Who Should Apply
