Seeking a Backend Engineer specializing in Node.js and telephony/IVR systems to design, develop, and maintain core backend components of an omnichannel dialer platform. - 4Integrate telephony APIs for outbound/inbound calling, SMS, and other channels
- 5Design and implement IVR flows, call routing, and automation features
- 6Optimize call handling, queuing, and agent management for high concurrency and reliability
- 7Collaborate with frontend, product, and engineering teams to define technical requirements
- 8Ensure platform scalability, security, and performance standards are met
Requirements8
- 14-5 years of backend development experience with at least 1-2 years specifically in dialer projects
- 2Proven experience with Node.js
- 3Strong understanding of telephony systems, APIs, and SIP protocols
- 4Hands-on experience designing and implementing IVR systems and call routing logic
- 5Familiarity with databases for storing call data, logs, and user information
- 6Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
- 7Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- 8Good communication and teamwork skills
