Overview
Build and maintain reliable, scalable financial technology systems in a remote-first environment. As a Software Engineer, you'll work across the full stack—from backend services to frontend interfaces—ensuring seamless user experiences. What You'll Do6
- 1Ship production code daily across full-stack applications using Node.js, React.js, Next.js, and PostgreSQL.
- 2Develop scalable backend services and RESTful APIs on AWS infrastructure.
- 3Build responsive, maintainable frontend interfaces—be equally comfortable debugging a React render issue and tuning a Postgres query.
- 4Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform product requirements into shipped features.
- 5Uphold high standards for system reliability, security, and data integrity in financial systems.
- 6Contribute actively to CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
Requirements6
- 15+ years of professional software development experience, with active hands-on coding in both frontend and backend within the last year.
- 2Strong, recent backend experience with Node.js—share what you've shipped recently.
- 3Advanced frontend skills with React.js and Next.js, including hooks, state management, and modern Next.js features (App Router, SSR/ISR).
- 4Solid working knowledge of PostgreSQL: schema design, query optimization, indexing, and data modeling.
- 5Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and CloudWatch.
- 6Proficiency with Git, CI/CD workflows, and agile development practices.
