Overview
This role is for a Tech Lead to spearhead the architecture and development of an AI-powered omnichannel dialer platform. You will guide a talented engineering team, ensuring delivery of scalable, secure, and innovative SaaS solutions.
What You'll Do6
- 1Lead the design and development of the AI-powered omnichannel dialer platform.
- 2Architect scalable SaaS systems using modern full-stack and cloud technologies.
- 3Drive CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and ensure compliance (DNC, GDPR, TCPA).
- 4Build real-time monitoring, analytics, and reporting dashboards for managers and supervisors.
- 5Champion DevOps practices: CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and automated testing.
- 6Mentor developers, enforce coding standards, and lead sprint delivery.
Requirements5
- 1Strong experience in Node.js, React.js, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
- 2Solid database expertise: PostgreSQL, MongoDB/Redis (preferred).
- 3Proven SaaS architecture experience on AWS/GCP/Azure.
- 4Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub/GitLab.
- 59-13 years in software development, including 3+ years leading teams.
