Overview

micro1 is hiring AI Agent Power Users for an enterprise AI training project with a major customer. You will run realistic business scenarios through ChatGPT and Claude, then score the results against rubrics and write feedback that shapes how future models learn. The role is remote and open to candidates in the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand. No AI background is needed; your professional experience with these tools is what counts.

What You'll Do

• Execute multi-step business workflows using AI assistants like ChatGPT and Claude, mirroring real professional tasks.
• Record each step of the process, noting where AI output meets or misses practical business needs.
• Score AI-generated responses with provided rubrics, judging quality, completeness, and relevance.
• Write clear, constructive feedback based on rubric results to guide AI research and product teams.
• Spot recurring patterns in AI behavior, including strengths, weaknesses, and chances to improve processes.
• Connect AI tools to common workplace platforms such as Google Drive, Gmail, Slack, and Notion to simulate authentic use cases.
• Keep detailed written records and share findings in professional English so results are transparent and repeatable.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in any business function, using technology to solve operational problems.
• A completed Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
• Daily, hands-on use of ChatGPT and/or Claude for actual work, not just experimentation.
• Experience grading, applying, or creating evaluation rubrics, QA scorecards, or content review guidelines (academic, QA, hiring, or annotation backgrounds are a plus).
• Comfort integrating AI tools with business software and productivity platforms.
• Strong written English with a focus on clear, actionable documentation and feedback.
• Authorized for contract work and based in the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand (US candidates preferred).
