- 6Join calibration sessions to align evaluation methods and grading with the broader contributor group
Requirements8
- 1At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience with strong Git/GitHub workflows (PRs, reviews, branching, diff analysis, CI logs)
- 2Hands‑on experience with CI/CD systems, preferably GitHub Actions, including custom workflows and reproducible builds
- 3Experience connecting Claude and ChatGPT via connectors
- 4Advanced scripting in Python or Bash, plus solid REST API, OAuth, and webhook integration knowledge
- 5Comfort with enterprise SaaS platforms like Slack, Google Workspace, or Microsoft 365; cloud workspace administration is a plus
- 6Familiarity with using AI assistants or agent tools in daily development tasks; exposure to agent tool‑calling or MCP is advantageous
- 7Background in technical QA, evaluation, or data annotation with careful rubric application and edge‑case identification
- 8Excellent attention to detail and clear written and spoken English communication
